Pilates

Pilates is an excellent form of gentle exercise that can help tone your body, develop lean muscles, and improve your overall sense of well-being. It also improves flexibility, core body strength & posture.


The Australian Physiotherapy & Pilates Institute (APPI) train therapists to teach modified Pilates exercises so that it is also safe for those with physical impairments, such as lower back pain, to help improve functional ability.


Ex-pupil Finola Burrell studied Physiotherapy at King’s College London, and is now a qualified physiotherapist working in a private clinic in Uxbridge and for Twickenham Rugby Club.


Mondays 18:45 - 19:30 & 19:30 - 20:15

Course of 6 classes £36.00 (or £9.00 per session pay as you go).

Classes are limited to 10 spaces so please book in advance.

£6.00 per lesson, pay on the day


Friday evenings from 18:00 - 19:00 with Claire Downing

Toddlers Yoga Class (2 to 5 years old with parents)

 

An interactive class (for both toddler and adult) based on yoga shapes, games, sounds and movement which helps develop awareness, co-ordination, creative expression and motor skills.

 

Wednesdays 10:15 to 10:50

Cost: £6 or £25 for 5 classes

Classes commence: 23rd April 2014
